Remember this boy Luc Cagadoc? He was reprimand by his school's staff for using spoon and fork instead of using a knife. At last their case is finally over, the Quebec Human Rights Tribunal ordered the school to pay his family $17,000 in moral and punitive damages. It’s about time!
